On average and depending on how many tables and load in at venue, approx. an hour should be allowed and more for bigger table bookings.
They are close to the same size as a casino table and we suggest a couple of metres squared per table is a good allowance. We can fit into spaces well when we arrive to set up as well.
We suggest about 25/30 people to a table as a good ratio. We can implement certain play to entertain any particular ratio.
Yes we are very swift in removing the tables from the event space. They can become more of a liability left in place and can easily get damaged too.
